6 Days to Lose 5 Pounds!

Hello Everyone!

Well its now the second of february and my birthday is just 6 days away! My goal when I started my weight-loss goal was to weight 150 lbs by my birthday.

I am currently about 154 - 155 depending on if I’m wearing clothes or not.

Basically I have 6 days to lose 5 pounds and reach my target goal!

I need your guys help, my goal is to work-out and do cardio every day until my birthday while doing basically a bread and watter diet which hopefully will let me lose that 5lbs!

It will be tough but I know I can do it, if you have ever had to lose weight fast like this to meet a goal or anything then comment below and let me know so we can encourage each other!

Drinking Water To Lose Weight Faster!

Well this is the first actual post here on Lovets.net and I hope you all enjoy it!

Today we are going to talk about water, what type I drink and how I believe it helps you to lose weight. Everyone knows that the body simply cannot survive without water but how can it help us lose weight?

Well to be perfectly honest with you water by itself can’t do anything in terms of losing weight. But have you ever noticed that people on the diet shows like Biggest Loser and even athletes drink water on the side-lines? The reason they do this is two fold.

On one hand their bodies demand it because of all the out-going sweat but then again what if it did something more that the programs don’t talk about?

Well guess what, when you drink water it regulates your metabolism! Don’t know what metabolism is, no worries basically its what tells your body how fast your going to digest food, liquid and whatever else you may throw in your tank.

By drinking water and regulating it we supercharge our ability to lose weight.

When I went on my diet (read my about page for more info) I was determined to cut out drinking sodas and even lemonade (pink kind was my favorite). I never told myself this was going to be a permanent thing but to my surprise after just 2-3 weeks without them I don’t even notice or care that I only drink water.

Water to me is like drinking a soda because now when I actually do drink a soda, coffee or anything with sugar in it I get a buzz!! I could buzz around like a bee because of being so hyper and then the crash hits…

So here’s the deal guys, I want you all to try something with me, I want you to give up drinking anything accept water for just 1 day! That’s right, just 1 day guys I know you can do it!

After your 1 day without anything but water to drink I want you to come back here and comment on how you feel. Can you guys do that for me? Thanks guys, get back to me soon!
