Hello Everyone!
Well its now the second of february and my birthday is just 6 days away! My goal when I started my weight-loss goal was to weight 150 lbs by my birthday.
I am currently about 154 - 155 depending on if I’m wearing clothes or not.
Basically I have 6 days to lose 5 pounds and reach my target goal!
I need your guys help, my goal is to work-out and do cardio every day until my birthday while doing basically a bread and watter diet which hopefully will let me lose that 5lbs!
It will be tough but I know I can do it, if you have ever had to lose weight fast like this to meet a goal or anything then comment below and let me know so we can encourage each other!
