In my last post I exclaimed how my goal was to lose 5 lbs by my birthday which was yesterday (Sunday February 8th 2009). I didn’t workout as much as I wanted to, but I did lose the 5 lbs and I am no 150lbs even!
This is good and it means I met the goal I had set when I began my weight loss journey.
Unfortunately I still have a ways to go, although my cholesterol is now perfect and I lost over 30 lbs I still don’t like the flabby stomach I have. From what I have read the only real way to get rid of it is to work-out, no amount of dieting will do it.
What do you all think?
So now that I have reached my initial goal its time to set a new one! So I am aiming for a NO FLAB STOMACH by the end of March! My goal is to do a stomach / core workout every other day until the end of march.
I think that 2 months of doing the workout every other-day should have a significant impact on my outcome and hopefully I will see results even sooner then that. I will keep you all up-to-date on how it goes and what happens!
Also, keep an eye out for my post next week where I talk about my new diet plans! I think you all will enoy that post!
